In 2023, Bhavna Sharma and Maninder Singh Tuli met at a networking event and realized a widespread issue—professionals struggled not due to a lack of knowledge, but due to a lack of real-world, industry-relevant skills. Technology was transforming industries, yet traditional education and training methods weren’t evolving fast enough.

Determined to fix this, they researched, spoke with industry experts, and discovered the need for mentorship, hands-on learning, and exposure to real company environments. They built a platform where individuals work on live projects, gain practical experience, and earn industry-recognized certifications.

After a successful pilot, their vision materialized, and in August 2024, DeGenreX Inc. was founded—a revolutionary solution ensuring professionals don’t just learn but thrive in a rapidly changing world.
